I see Dr. Carlos Fuentes and he is always kind, patient, understanding and thorough. He has a terrific bedside manner, makes sure I’m comfortable every step of the way, and is amazing at actually listening to my problems and needs. Staff is extremely courteous. They are also very willing to explain and clarify any thing I do not understand. Many doctor’s offices give you an appointment time and you wait 40 minutes to an hour after your appointment time before you even get to the examining room. It is nice as a patient to know they respect my time. I would highly recommend Dr. Kaim, Dr Fuentes, and their staff.
